Ms. Bellamy graduated from Channelview High school and received her Bachelors in English Literature from the University of Houston- Clear Lake. She also received her Masters in Counseling from UHCL and her Principal Certification from St. Thomas University. Ms. Bellamy started her teaching career in 1995 at Park View Intermediate teaching language arts. After that, she taught English I at Katy High School. Ms. Bellamy first came to CFISD as a counselor at Thornton Middle School and went on to serve as a counselor at Cy-Fair High School and also Truitt Middle School before becoming the Director of Instruction at Truitt. In 2012, Ms. Bellamy became the Director of Instruction at Cypress Ranch High School and in 2016 the principal at Labay Middle School. Ms. Bellamy is excited to have recently been named the principal of Cypress Lakes High School and is excited to continue the great things Cy Lakes is known for.
Sandra Paiz has been in education for 20 years. She has been an assistant principal for 8 years and opened Cy-Lakes in 2008.
Fran Williams received a Bachelor and master’s degree from Prairie View A&M University. Ms. Williams began her career in education in 1998 at Aldine ISD where she served as a Math Teacher, Math Specialist, Testing Coordinator, and Curriculum & Instruction Assistant Principal. During her career she also served as Teacher Development Specialist for HISD. Her career in CFISD includes Math teacher, Academic Achievement Specialist and currently Director of Instruction.
Mrs. Burton graduated high school in 1992 from Dwight D. Eisenhower, then attended Stephen F. Austin and graduated in 1996 with a Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
She began teaching in 1997 at Truitt Middle School, then went on to receive her Masters in School Administration in 2002.
From 2002-2005, Mrs. Burton because the Academic Achievement Helping Teacher at ISC, followed by being the Academic Achievement Helping Teacher at Cypress Creek from 2005-2008. In the spring of 2008, Mrs. Burton became an Assistant Principal at Thornton Middle School.
Since, 2008, Mrs. Burton has been at Cypress Lakes as Assistant Principal.
Mrs. Chacon received her degree from Texas A&I University and her masters degree from Sam Houston State University. She began her teaching career thirty years ago in McAllen, Texas. Her second teaching career began in San Antonio before she moved to Houston. Mrs. Chacon has been an Assistant Principal in Cypress Fairbanks for fourteen years.
Heather Elliott has 13 years experience in education at middle and high school levels. She has been an English teacher, Literacy Coach, Graduation Coach, and Assistant Principal. Before joining the Cy-Fair school district she had worked in Fort Bend ISD and Houston ISD.
Ms. Elliott earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte, her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston-Downtown, and her Principal Certification from the University of St.Thomas in Houston.
Ozzie Greene started his career in education 31 years ago in Houston ISD and Alief ISD as head orchestra director at Garden Villas Music Academy and Elsik High School. He also served as the Executive Director of the Northeast Cultural Arts Council for twelve years.
Mr. Greene has performed with the Scott Joplin Orchestra and other orchestras in the Houston area. He has also taught private violin lessons to over 150 students in the Houston and surrounding areas for over 18 years.
Mr. Greene came to Cy-Fair ISD in 2002 where he held the position of head orchestra director at Cy-Ridge High School and Campbell Middle School. In 2005, Mr. Greene was promoted to assistant principal at Campbell Middle School under the leadership of the late Dr. Robert Hatcher. In 2008, Mr. Greene moved to Cy-Lakes High where he currently serves as assistant principal.
Mr. Janca received his Bachelor of Business Administration/Marketing from Schreiner University in 1997. He began his educational career at Dean Middle School teaching US History, coaching football, and was Social Studies Department Chair. After 10 years at Dean Middle School, Mr. Janca obtained his Masters of Education degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and joined the Cypress Lakes High School administrative team in 2010 as an assistant principal.
Mr. Anderson graduated from Aldine High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Sam Houston State University. He received a Master’s degree in Education Administration from National University. Mr. Anderson started his teaching career in 2004 as a Physical Education teacher in North Forest ISD and Houston ISD before eventually becoming an Assistant Principal. Mr. Anderson first came to CFISD as an At-Risk Specialist at Duryea Elementary. In 2018, he became an Assistant Principal at Watkins Middle School. In 2020, Mr. Anderson became an Assistant Principal at Cypress Lakes High School and he is very honored and excited to be serving the Spartan Community.
Susan Luce received her Bachelor’s of Science in Special Education from The University of West Alabama in 2004. She began her career in Cypress Fairbanks ISD in 2004 at Hamilton Middle School as a PE teacher and coach. Throughout her time in CFISD, she has served as a Resource Reading teacher and Special Education Liaison. In 2017, she received her Masters Degree in Administration and Leadership from The University of North Texas. She served as the High School Special Education Teacher Support at Cypress Lakes High School for two years before being named an Assistant Principal in 2020.
