April 24, 2026— District 16-6A girls soccer coaches recently released the 2025-26 16-6A All-District Girls Soccer Team after Cypress Woods advanced to the third round of playoffs for the first time in four years.

Bridgeland High School senior Flori Allison took home District MVP after helping lead the Bears to to their sixth-straight district title. She was far from the only Bridgeland player on the list of district superlatives. Senior Catalina Le earned Midfielder of the Year, senior Brooke Martin was the district’s Defensive Player of the Year, and senior Sydney Robinett was named Goalkeeper of the Year for the third year in a row.

Elsewhere, Cypress Woods High School sophomore forward Kianna Orlandi finished the season with 13 goals and shared the district’s Offensive Player of the Year award with Cypress Ranch High School senior forward Edie Dispensa, who also had 13 goals on the season. Langham Creek High School junior midfielder Melannie Lujano was the District 16-6A Utility Player of the Year, while Cypress Woods midfielder Madison Muniz earned District Newcomer of the Year after contributing five goals and four assists as a freshman.

On the touchline, Bridgeland head coach Katie Bourgeois and Cypress Woods head coach Amy Trocquet shared Coach of the Year honors after guiding their teams to a first and second place district finish respectively.

In all, 60 athletes from seven CFISD schools were recognized. The full list of honorees is below.
